A native of Welsh, Louisiana, Rev. Richard Louviere has spent over 10 years as the pastor of Woodlawn Baptist Church. He not only preaches but sings on the Praise Team, cooks up some of his favorite Louisiana dishes for our church fellowships, and is fluent in Cajun French. His motto is "Woodlawn Baptist Church - Where it's all about Him and His name is Jesus!"

WORSHIP LEADER: PAULA CLEMMONS
Mrs. Paula Clemmons is a native of Port Neches, Texas. In 1982, her father and mother were in ministry and made their way to Lacassine, Louisiana to begin a new church work. With this background, Paula has taught Youth Sunday School, VBS, Adult Sunday School, and active as a Praise Team Member. She grew up singing in her family quartet, eventually learning how to play the guitar at 12 years of age. Her personal scripture is "This is the day which the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it!" (Psalms 118:24)

Youth Pastor: William "Will" Dunham
Will Dunham is a native of Monroe, LA, and a 2025 graduate of Louisiana College. A music major, Will has used his talents to teach and train youth worship bands with an emphasis on percussion. He is excited to bring his knowledge of youth ministry to Woodlawn Baptist Church and is anxiously anticipating what God has in store for our youth. One of his favorite verses in the bible comes from Psalms 145:20, "The LORD protects all those who love him, but he destroys the wicked." Hang around Will for just a few minutes, and you realize he loves Jesus and wants everyone to know about Him.

Cheryl is a long time resident of Iowa, Louisiana. She loves to bake and has a crafters eye but her pride and joy are her three sons and her grandchildren. Cheryl comes to Woodlawn Baptist with a background in preschool Sunday School ministry. She looks forward every week to creating exciting lessons that will plant God's word and give hands on application to every child. One of her favorite scriptures comes from Colossians 2:6,7, "Just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow Him. Let your roots grow down into Him and let your lives be built on Him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness."
